Volume is developed and operated by wpkdigital. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

When you sign up for early access on this site, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal information through the landing page.

When you use the Volume app, we may collect workout data you enter (exercises, sets, reps, weight), body weight logs, and usage analytics to improve the app. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to enable sync, on our secure servers.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely to notify you when Volume becomes available on the App Store. We will not send you marketing emails unrelated to Volume, and we will never sell your email address to third parties.

Workout data is used only to power the features you use within the app. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal fitness data.

Data Storage

Email addresses collected through this site are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard security practices. Workout data entered in the app is stored locally on your device by default.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database storage. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email address from our waitlist at any time by emailing will@wpkdigital.com. We will process your request within 7 days.

Children's Privacy

Volume is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site or app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
