These terms govern your use of the Volume website (volume.wpkdigital.com) and the Volume iOS app. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use them.

The Service

Volume is a workout tracking app for iOS developed and operated by wpkdigital. This site is the pre-launch landing page where you can sign up to be notified when the app becomes available on the App Store.

Waitlist Signup

When you submit your email address on this site, you are requesting to be notified when Volume launches. By submitting your email, you confirm that you own the address or have authorization to use it, and you consent to receiving a notification email from wpkdigital when Volume launches on the App Store.

We will not use your email for any other purpose without your explicit consent. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing will@wpkdigital.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the name "Volume," the logo, copy, and design — is owned by wpkdigital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the app's availability, features, or launch date. The July 2026 launch target is an estimate and is subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wpkdigital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the Volume app.

Fitness Disclaimer

Volume is a tool for logging workouts and tracking personal fitness data. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. wpkdigital is not responsible for any injury or health issues resulting from exercise or use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
